I'll keep this update brief. Based on our latest information, we anticipate the VoltaGo Power Banks to begin reaching our fulfillment hubs starting December 20th. As soon as they arrive, we will promptly initiate the fulfilment process.
The screenshots provided below are from the courier websites, confirming the expected delivery window between the 19th and 20th of December 2023:

As depicted in the screenshots above, the anticipated arrival for all shipments is scheduled for the upcoming week. Notably, the expected delivery date is currently absent for the Netherlands shipment.
Typically, delivery spans a timeframe of 1 to 3 days, with a maximum of 7 days in certain instances. Fulfilment will commence promptly upon receipt of the stock.
It's crucial for backers to be mindful that the funds for the purchased power banks have not yet been received. We are awaiting the transfer of funds from Indiegogo, which is anticipated to take place around December 19th.
Please be aware that backers retain the option to cancel their orders until December 19th. No orders will be dispatched prior to this date, a precautionary measure to safeguard against shipping orders that might be subsequently cancelled by customers after shipment.
Additionally, anticipate receiving your BackerKit survey by December 18th to verify and, if necessary, update your shipping address. This survey will also provide an opportunity to add extras like the MagRing or an additional VoltaGo through BackerKit.

VoltaGo - Packed and Ready.
As promised, the VoltaGo MagSafe power banks are fully ready and packed. We are shipping them to our warehouses on Monday, and they will reach our backers before Christmas.
We're putting in extra effort to ensure they are delivered well ahead of the initially projected timeline.
You still have an opportunity to secure yours, with delivery guaranteed before Christmas. It's the ideal present for this festive season.
Also, we are planning to make these CarryCases available.
Please feel free to comment if you're interested in securing one.
Additionally, there's no need for concern if you need to update your address or make any changes – you'll have the opportunity to do so once the campaign ends. A survey will be sent out to confirm delivery addresses before fulfilment begins.

I'm excited to share some significant updates with you, but first, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your support. Your support means a great deal to me and the entire Volta team; each one of you is the reason behind our success.
Our initial target was to reach $5,000 within the first 24 hours of the launch, and our overarching goal was to achieve $30,000 within 30 days. In just 9 days since the launch, we've already garnered over $27,000 in contributions. We are confidently asserting that we will reach and even surpass our major campaign goal of $30,000 before the campaign comes to an end in 21 days.

Production:

We've recently finalized the packaging and manual, marking the concluding stage of production before the comprehensive assembly of all products and their preparation for shipment to our warehouses.
We waited for the packaging to ensure the power banks remained pristine, avoiding dust accumulation from the coupling. With the confirmation of the packaging and manual, we're set to assemble all the power banks and dispatch them to our warehouses by the end of next week.
