We have abundant stock for all items and successfully processed all pending, returned, and new orders over the weekend. 

You will start receiving the tracking update today or tomorrow. 

We are delighted to resolve this. 

Good news: we have also been able to process the shipment of the VoltaGo from our US hubs to Canada and other places in the EU, UK, Australia, and the USA. 
We will now be able to ship out VoltaGo orders from our USA hubs to these places that are outside of our hub locations instead of shipping them from Hong Kong, China.

I have some good news. The stock has arrived and was delivered today to our NL fulfilment hub.



We will finally ship out all the pending orders. 

Guess what? The other stock we sent via the Sea that got delayed has also arrived in the Netherlands.

Hello Everyone, 

Thank you again for your patience and your support.

It's been 73 days since we shipped the VoltaGo via sea to our NL warehouse, and it is supposed to arrive in 30 to 45 days. 

All of the alternative delivery dates we were given never bore any fruit. 

So we decided to improvise and shipped six new cartons via the Air. These will arrive next week, and we will use them to fulfil all pending orders in Europe. Getting a green light to ship batteries via Air is difficult, and I am glad we could get these shipped. 

Finally, we can close this campaign and launch the VoltaGo on our website. 
I apologise for any delay and inconveniences this might have caused those waiting to receive their VoltaGo. It was never our intention to delay the delivery of these products.

Good day, everyone,

It isn't very pleasant to say that the European stock sent via the Sea is yet to arrive. 

I thought I would share a quick update. 

Below is the screenshot of the latest update from the Shipping agent: 

I have been promised Monday the 18th of March again. I am fed up with waiting, just like you, and I want this phase to be over so we can launch the VoltaGo on the website. 

Suppose they are not delivered next week. I will have to risk shipping the power banks from the UK via air, and I hope DPD will accept them.
